About Me

My name is Kimberly.  I'm currently a stay at home mother and wife.  Formerly I worked in Corporate America, however I've been out of the work force since January 2010.

I haven't always been a coupon-er, but after I lost my job I had to figure out a way to be able to still provide for my family when "my" portion of income would be Unemployment benefits.  After doing some research and talking back and forth with the Coupon Mama I started coupon-ing in March of 2010 and haven't looked back.  In just a few short months, I have saved my family hundreds of dollars, by being diligent and staying faithful to what I learned about coupon-ing.  As Coupon Mama--my coupon mentor--say, "You have to have the 3Ds to be able to coupon: discipline, dedication and determination".   I have the discipline--I have a coupon time built into my busy schedule where I organize my coupons, clip, etc. I am dedicated--I dedicate myself fully to my coupon-ing like I did when I worked...my coupon-ing is my job.  I am determined--to be the best steward over what God has bestowed upon us..no matter how great or small.

Though I'm not an expert (I don't think anyone is as a lot of people who have been using coupons for years can learn something new) my goal is to share what I've learned thus-far with others to make their dollars stretch.  No matter what your current financial situation, coupon-ing can help you gain financial stability, by using what you save to build a savings, pay off debt or pay for a well deserved vacation with CASH. In the few months that I have been coupon-ing I have shared what I've learned with military spouses, a circle of sister-hood friends from afar and single mothers to name a few.  All of them are reaping the benefits of a seed that was planted in me to harvest and spread to others!

Coupon-ing is like a religion.
You live it, you study it, you practice it.
And as long as you keep the faith and practice good morals, you can reap many rewards for your preseverance and persistence. ~Brandie Marie
